The video presents a Palestinian ex-prisoner, demonstrating the making of a ‘capsule’
(thin paper wrapped and secured inside a plastic membrane).
The ‘capsule’ method is used by prisoners to covertly transport written text outside. 100 capsules with his diary
writings were swallowed hours before leaving the prison; only 76 of which were later extracted from his body.
